Data collected

We only collect the information necessary to support your journeys: name, first name, contact details (telephone, email), departure and arrival addresses, transport preferences and any billing information.

This data is provided voluntarily by you via the forms on the site or during exchanges by telephone/WhatsApp.

• Identity information: last name, first name, company.
• Contact details: telephone number, email address, WhatsApp.
• Trip details: date, times, addresses, number of passengers.
• Billing information if applicable.

Legal basis and purposes

The data is processed on the basis of the execution of a transport contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.

They are used to: respond to your requests, plan a trip, establish a quote, send a confirmation, ensure customer relations and comply with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).

Audience measurement via Google Analytics 4 (deployed through Google Tag Manager) relies on your consent, provided through the cookie banner.

Shelf life

The data necessary for the reservation is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship then archived for 5 years in order to comply with our accounting obligations.

Commercial exchanges not followed by a reservation are deleted after 24 months.

Recipients and subcontractors

The main recipients are the internal Aérotaxi Concorde teams responsible for operations and the drivers assigned to your trip.

We may use subcontractors for hosting or routing messages (e.g. Vercel, Resend). They are subject to strict contractual obligations regarding confidentiality and security.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, limit and port the data concerning you.

To exercise your rights, send an email to the address indicated above or write to us by post. A response will be provided to you within a maximum of one month.

Security

We implement technical measures (TLS encryption, access partitioning) and organizational measures (driver awareness, password policy) to protect your data against any loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to measure audience, understand visited pages, and improve the site.

Audience measurement cookies are stored for up to 13 months. You can update your choice at any time on the Cookies page.
